I built Lean With Sween while working full-time at Shell — six years training in hotel gyms from London to Singapore. Before client meetings. Between flights. On the days everything was on fire at work and the gym was the last place I wanted to be. That’s where the method was forged.
Today I coach two distinct groups. In London, I work 1:1 in-person with anyone serious about transformation — complete beginners taking their first session, parents getting back into shape after kids, intermediate lifters who’ve hit a plateau, and seasoned trainees chasing a specific physique goal.
